Ford has given the Fiesta a wide range of engines from 1.3 to 1.6 litres in petrol and diesel providing a good performance. Even though the Fiesta diesel engines give a good performance, they don't meet the standards of the turbo-diesel engines that many of Ford's competitors are using.
The road handling of the new Fiesta is very responsive unlike the much older models that scored under average in the super mini class.
The interior layout of the Fiesta is a vast improvement and it very attractive for a driver car; one improvement that is suggested for the new Fiesta is adjustable steering.
